Once you've applied, been accepted and sign up, I will get to know you and your goals and write a plan to suit you. I believe health & fitness should fit around your life. Most people go wrong by trying to fit their life around a strict diet and exercise routine and end up resenting it! My coaching comes with both a run and strength training programme as well as support and accountability.
We will have a weekly check in and monthly review call.

Yes. All runs and strength workouts are published to an app called Training Peaks. I pay for the premium app upgrade for you because I believe my coaching is a premium service.
Apps give you a plan. I give you a plan, accountability, and the why behind everything you do. You’ll never be left guessing whether you’re training too much, too little, or fuelling right. I’ll help you train smarter, not just harder and fit it all into YOUR real life.
1:1 coaching is £135 per month
